In autumn 2023, approximately 3,000 the most needy refugees from Ukraine will receive one-off cash assistance to support them in meeting their basic needs during the winter. There is no open registration for this program.
The program is implemented by Diaconia Poland in cooperation with Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe with the financial support of the German Humanitarian Assistance of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Deutsche Humanitäre Hilfe des Auswärtigen Amts).
