War brought and still brings death, constant threat to life and health, destruction of property and infrastructure, problems with supplies. As a result of military actions, Ukraine’s economy is ruined. People living in Ukraine need support. Diaconia Poland, in cooperation with representatives of the German Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ukraine, co-organized transports with humanitarian aid for people affected by the war and remaining in Ukraine. These transports were prepared in cooperation with the Protestant Military Chaplaincy and the Centre for Mission and Evangelization of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland.
