“The true light gives light to everyone
coming into the world.”
John 1,9
Whenever we smile at people
And reach out to them, it is always Christmas.
Whenever we offer a little hope to the brokenhearted,
Whenever we humbly recognise how limited our abilities
Whenever we allow God to love others through us
IT IS ALWAYS CHRISTMAS!!!
On behalf of Diaconia Poland, we wish you blessed Christmas
full of peace, reconciliation and hope for good
as well as
health and happy days in the New Year 2026.

The year 2025 is slowly coming to an end. Summing it up, we can say that the world is changing faster than ever before. Technological breakthroughs, climate change, political events and armed conflicts have affected our lives in ways we could not have imagined just a few years ago.
It has also been a year full of challenges, but also of hope that through our joint efforts we can change the world for the better. In the face of disasters, war, epidemics, loneliness, a lack of meaning in life, or the uncertainty about tomorrow, we need one another and cannot remain indifferent to the fate of another human being. Active work on behalf of those in need is not only a daily testimony of our faith expressed through love, but also an important space that should shape Christian life in reconciliation and peace.
For Diaconia Poland, 2025 was a year of diverse projects, including support for refugees from Ukraine, migrants, and assistance to Polish families in difficult situations, as well as international meetings and conferences. We know and appreciate that many of these initiatives were carried out in cooperation with our partner organisations. We would like to thank you for your support, for sharing your goodness and experiences, and the shared testimony of love for your neighbour. Goodness cannot be sold, but it sinks deeply into the heart and is the best—because human—investment in the future.
On the occasion of Christmas, we send you Christmas and New Year wishes from Diaconia Poland.
With warm regards and gratitude
Wanda Falk
